Investing in Auxerion.

Auxerion is structured as a parent company with three product businesses. Each product raises and operates independently. The parent holds the shared technology and the method for applying it to new verticals.

Three product businesses.
One parent.

Investor FAQ

Why should one company build across three industries?

Because the operational problem is the same underneath, each product independently arrived at the same operating loop, the platform to carry that loop is shared, and each product is run as its own focused business. The parent's job is the core and the method; the products' job is depth.

Isn't this three companies pretending to be one?

Legally, each product is its own business with its own investors. The parent holds the shared technology and licenses it in. That is deliberate: it keeps each product's cap table clean and lets the platform compound.

What does WorkOS actually share today?

An operational model (outcomes, owners, dependencies, approvals, evidence), a shared component kit, and a workflow foundation integrated into the hospitality product. Full convergence is a roadmap item, not a current claim.

Where is the traction?

Pre-revenue. The next milestones are early-access studio pilots, a limited urology test, and a pilot property — not customer counts. Numbers will be reported with dates and sources.

Who is on the team?

Withheld for now beyond the founder. Partners exist per product and will be introduced in product-level conversations. The founder's full operating record is here.

What are the biggest risks?

Focus across three products; integration dependencies with systems of record in each vertical (engines, EHRs, PMS/POS); regulatory posture in healthcare; and converting demonstrations and prototypes into pilots with measured outcomes.
