One living project graph.
Characters, systems, locations, documents, tasks, and assets are Smart Objects connected to everything they touch. Create once, connect everywhere.
The living system for game development. One connected graph for design, world, levels, production, and leadership — with AI beside every role.
Three minutes on what Creativ8 is and how one connected graph lets a studio design and build a game better, faster, and cheaper than the scatter of docs, boards, and chats it replaces.
Docs, boards, chats, tasks, and files each hold a piece. The GDD is obsolete before it is finished. Design mistakes surface when they cost the most. And when people leave, the project's memory leaves with them.

Every character, system, location, document, task, and asset is a Smart Object. Change one and every live view updates. Commitments that depend on it — issued briefs, approved tasks, engine contracts — are flagged for review, never silently rewritten. Every important decision keeps its why.
Designer · Creator · Viz · Wiki · Assembler · Producer · Maker · Manager — plus specialist tools for characters, quests, levels, balance, simulation, feedback, and more. The modules change. The truth does not.
01Turns the design document into the game's control model, with coverage, dependency, and impact checks.
02Grows a world from one seed — cosmology, history, cultures, characters.
03Makes the whole game legible on an infinite canvas of live Smart Objects.
04Turns pages into living workspaces that always know the world they describe.
05Connects space, story, and gameplay from level brief to playable encounter.
06Turns design intent into owned work — backlog, pipeline, milestones, capacity, project health.
07Carries intent from brief to engine, tracking who makes each asset, what they were briefed, and whether the spec has moved underneath them.
08Gives leadership the live picture: projects, budgets, capacity, publishing, risk.
Real screens from the current build, on Neon Frontier — the sample project that ships with Creativ8. The same shared object graph, seen through the workspace each role needs.

Characters, systems, locations, documents, tasks, and assets are Smart Objects connected to everything they touch. Create once, connect everywhere.
Coverage, dependency, gap, and impact checks so the design finds the conflict before it reaches production.
Briefs, pipelines, and schedules trace back to the design intent that created them; drift is detected, not discovered.
Project-grounded, source-linked AI beside every role — drafting, suggesting, summarizing — with human approval before anything changes.

Creativ8 comes from decades of creative direction and production experience, applied to the problem every studio has and no tool has solved.
Game development is a large, global, creative industry that still runs its most important operational work on general-purpose documents and spreadsheets. Creativ8 targets the studio's core loop — design to production — with an AI-native product that has no direct modern equivalent. The current build is a deep functional prototype: eight modules, twenty-six tools, one shared object graph, contract-tested end to end. The beachhead is mid-size and independent studios, where the pain is sharpest and adoption decisions are fast; the plan is early-access studio pilots, then broader testing, then public launch.
We're looking for a small number of studios to shape Creativ8 with us before wider release.
